What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Stripe and PayPal.

Stripe and PayPal are used for the transactions and these use bank levels of security and encryption for your safety.

If I need help with my order?

If you're getting in touch about an order, please be sure to include your order number and the email address that you placed the order with.

You’ll find us online most of the day and when we’re not, we’ll still get back to you pretty sharpish.

How will my art prints be shipped?

Unframed prints ship in tubes, and framed prints and canvases will be securely packed providing extra protection and safe delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK, but if you have a specific request, then do drop us an email and we can see if we can help.

Are the prints framed/do you offer a framing service?

Yes we offer framed prints. Our framing options are visible in our Product Gallery.

How do you send your posters?

We send our posters and frames in rolls or cartons.

What paper do you use for your Art prints?

We use a variety of material options including premium matt, premium gloss and card stock. Our frame prints are produced on high quality photo paper

Are the prints metallic/do they come with neon letters?

All prints are a digitally printed and as such are not metallic.

How big is an A4/A5 etc. print?

Can I return my order?

If you’d like to return your artwork, please notify us by email at hello@artfactorylondon.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. If you no longer have this to hand, use appropriate packaging to protect the artwork on its journey back

Damaged artwork

In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives with you damaged, we’d work with you to get this resolved.

Can I commission an artwork?

If you find an artwork you love that is already sold, or an artist whose style you like but they don’t have any artworks available that work for your space, you may be able to commission an artwork .

Can I return a Commissioned Artwork?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on Commissions and bespoke artwork.

Wholesale & Trade Enquiries

We are also happy to discuss wholesale and trade options for those of you who would like to resell our items

All items cannot be resold in any form without express written consent from ArtFactory We will pursue legal action if any business/individual that is reported to be reselling any ArtFactory items without express written consent. Any replication/duplication of any print design will also be liable for legal action.
